Avocet Lodge, Snettisham

Lovely self-contained lodge. Clean, warm, comfortable, nicely decorated and furnished. well equipped kitchen area. Comfortable bed. a lot of thought and care had gone into making it a pleasant space for visitors. In very good location for exploring north Norfolk Coast and surrounding area.

Had to stand on a chair to draw the curtains as they kept getting stuck on rail. Sharper kitchen knives would have been good also a peeler

Clean, nice outlook

No working TV, asked for help non given. Noise from occupants next door, sound proofing needs an upgrade

- that we were provided with toiletries and also milk, jam and cream were provided which was a nice extra. Very kind to deliver scones as well. - bed is comfy

- the water doesn’t go down the shower plug quick enough, we had to turn the shower off to let the water go down midway through the shower. Wasn’t a problem for us but wanted to let you know.

Cozy place, friendly people good location. Water and milk in the fridge! Handy.

Quiet location but close to amenities. Excellent facilities and ideal for exploring the area. Particularly liked the scones and some milk in the fridge on arrival, all in all a great place to stay.

Quiet location, but local shops / pubs. I walked to local nature reserves and used the buses (which are really easy to get around on) to get to Castle Rising, Sandringham and Hunstanton. The room was perfect and had everything I needed.
