The location was great! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

This place offered everything and more; one could tell it was professionally cleaned and prepared, somethng that we highly appreciate seeing that we also rent out our own properties back home and so look at the fine details when renting a place for ourselves; parking outside the property was not a problem, although we did travel in the shoulder tourist months; very close to Tony's restaurant for great meals, Spar supermarket, honey making shop, and the Furnas attractions.

This place had EVERYTHING, but we still did not find a hairdryer; considering the amount of rain, one would have been appreciated, but it was not the end of the world and we made by.

Vollständig eingerichtetes, sehr sauberes Häuschen direkt an einem Bachlauf gelegen. Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten in der oberen Etage - also nur über eine Treppe erreichbar. Die Straße vor der Tür hört man kaum. In der Nacht ist ab 23h tiefe Ruhe, da das Schlafzimmer nach hinten geht und die fußläufig in 3 min erreichbare Therme Poça da Dona Beija dann schließt - man hört nur noch den Bach gurgeln. Im hellen Bad und in der eher kleinen Küche war auch alles Erforderliche vorhanden. Die sehr freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Gastgeber haben wir nur per Mail und Telefon kennengelernt - kein Problem, zudem fanden wir zur Begrüßung ein paar Lebensmittel fürs Abendbrot und das erste Frühstück auf dem Tisch bzw. im Kühlschrank - herzlichen Dank! Kostenlose Parkplätze findet man mit etwas Glück in der Straße oder in Nähe der Unterkunft - aber unbedingt auf die gelben (teils etwas verwitterten) Parkverbotslinien achten.

Wonderful location. The house is nicer than I expected. Thank you for using the washing mashine and the dryer. The kitchen is well equiped. Unfortunately it was raining all of the days we were here, so we couldn’t use the garden and the barbecue. I loved the sound of the small river at the back of the garden.
