Breakfast choice looked good with hot and cold options and was ready at spot on 7am. The room was quite large and had everything you would need for your stay. It was clean and beds were comfy. Plenty of hot water and there was complimentary cold water in the room. The reception staff were very helpful as were the restaurant staff who explained the dishes on the menu.

Check in took rather a long time though the reception staff were very kind and gave us a cold drink whilst we waited. Not sure why but there was a loose piece of carpet in the lift which could do with replacing.

Our room smelled of cigarettes. Also, our bathroom window had an opening (that we couldn’t close) and so it was very noisy all night - the one downside of being close to the airport, busy street so lots of traffic… it was noisy all night

The staff was very cooperative and the food was very good. There was 2 AC in the suite and the room was really big.

The room wasn't as clean. The TVs were not working. The towel and water for the 3rd person had to be asked. The shampoo, conditioner and dental kit were missing.

The hotel rooms were pretty clean and decent. It was weirdly smelling and smelled of cigarettes, when asked they replied - who doesn't smoke, everybody smoke! As for me that weird smell never left me for the days I stayed. I travelled from the south for the first time, I didn't know the language, but I could understand it better. People at the reception were chit chatting, unprofessional and a tad bit money minded.

The staffs could have been more helpful. Though they knew we couldn't speak Hindi/bengali, they could have helped us in English for better. Two of the girls in the front office were helpful. Food was good, Tea was good. Toast is dry. Paratha with aloo curry came as paratha and curd. Requested for early check-in, charged extra. To sum up, absolutely not worth the money paid. The services need to be better from the restaurant and from the front office.

Clean, well equipped, clima-controlled, very friendly staff, good location — close to the airport. Safe option.

Great location and nice comfortable room. Great buffet breakfast was included.

1. Had to change rooms to get a TV that worked. 2. TV had no normal channels but one had to sign into an account to get it working. 3. The very small Swimming pool on the roof did not allow men to swim without a shirt and when I put on a normal T-shirt, they said that was a cotton TV and not a swimming T-Shirt. 4. right next to the airport but staff did not know how to direct me to walk to airport
