At 1st sight it looks lovely n comfy, then a few minutes in the A/C was not cooling, Host’s response was not helpful. It was 90 degrees n house had no ventilation. It wasn’t until the next day he offered a technician to come out. Bedrooms did not have enough space to place items such as jewelry, wallet, glasses, etc. Bathroom w/tub also didn’t have space to place things ( had to use a chair). Tub seemed very unsafe, as it wubbled (moved). Tub had to be wiped clean as it was dusty. Bedroom by laundry room little table not enough space to place items. And noisy due to water heater’s function. 2nd bathroom was very spacious n pretty, with lots of space to place items. Shower didn’t have space to place shampoo n soap, those items were on floor; risking a fall as we are all in our 60’s n 70’s. Suggesting a 2nd TV in living room. Dinning room glass table chipped in a couple of place, but one a deeper chip, had to place tape to avoid injury. Kitchen very nice n functional big fridge a plus. Living areas comfortable. Outside, there was trash in the front area not on driveway but on the other front entrance. Disappointing!
