1. The room pics are accurate. For this price, I was very surprised. 2. This property takes security VERY SERIOUSLY. Gates work and lock. No one is allowed onto this property unless the protocols are followed. It is right across a busy street from the beach...VERY CLOSE... a lot of foot traffic even after sundown. I see why ensuring proper distribution of keys is warranted. 2. We were able to walk to a Subway, Walgreens, Pizza Hut, convenience store, etc. 3. Beverage cooler, coffee maker, toaster oven, soaps/lotion/hair care, beach chair/ball, cooler (yes, really, and a football and a soccer ball), as well as about six beach towels. 4. $8 lyft/uber from property to airport. We were easy to find every time. 5. Didn't use the pool, but it looked great. 6. Everything was streamlined; no hiccups with the key system in and out of the room. 7. Spacious. Cool. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the sheets were top notch. 8. Reasonable price!!!!!! We spent money on something besides hotel expenses. Nice.

1. We arrived around 3:20pm; cannot enter the rooms before 4pm check in. Tired, but we checked out the beach during the wait. They may not have had time to de-sand our floors. 2. In the future, I'm sure the property owners will update the hallways to the level of the rooms. Seems like two different buildings when you compare the hallways to the VERY updated rooms. But it wasn't a big deal. 3. We used the beach towels as bath towels because we forgot to ask. There were plenty of wash cloths, though. 4. The air unit year the bed was a little noisy, and the futon may need an upgrade. My son and I swapped sleeping spaces, and I slept on the futon. Stayed to one side because of a center bump. But I was tired and slept well.

Location was perfect! Beachfront with white sand and close to everything - Walgreens, Pueblo Supermarket with laundry/cleaners. Staff were quick to respond to your needs. Room looked modern with lots of closet space and with a full kitchen that we took advantage of by cooking our own meals. Beach chairs were also provided if you don’t want to rent.

Had to play around with the water temperature in the shower. Wish there were more face and hand towels. Wish the welcome package was received before checking in or at the same time as receiving the PIN#.

The property was clean and the location was good. I also liked the security on site. The maintenance guy responded very quickly to our request and concerns.

The property needs to be taken care of, some tender loving care and updates will improve the quality. Pictures on the wall, put a TV on the wall in the bedroom, add a small dresser for clothes, and patch up the interior. Place a small flat cabinet under the sink for the towels and wash clothes. And add more towels and wash cloths in the unit.

We thought the bed was super comfortable. Entering and exiting the facility once you had the code was very easy. Right on the beach, with beach chairs in the room to use. Supermarket was under a 10 minute walk and a convenience store was across the street.

It would be nice if they had an extension cord for charging on both sides of the bed.
