The location

I booked a deluxe room but when I arrived I was told that all deluxe rooms were occupied and they provided me with a simple, dirty, nasty room. The bed sheet has stains on it, the mattress was quite uncomfortable, the room was dirty, the washroom was dirty, there was no wash basin in the washroom, the shower wasn’t working, the tv wasn’t working. The hotel itself was so dirty and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a month or so. I had to stay here because I had already paid for the room. When I asked for a refund for the difference amount in the deluxe room and the simple room That I was provided with, I was told there’s no difference and they didn’t accommodate my refund request. Don’t book this hotel, it would ruin your mood and peace of mind.

I did not stay at the property. it was dirty, not well kept at all. as a result, i had to carry my bag with me the whole day long. The photos were very misleading. I need a refund of Rs1216/- that i had paid. Not happy at all.
