Maple Leaf Lodge

Pleasantly surprised by this little motel. Check in was seamless. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I especially liked the small kitchenette area and included snacks, oatmeal and waters. Price was very reasonable. The motel is a short distance from the Paradox Brewery and the Adirondack high peaks. Overall enjoyed my stay and hope to stay again on future visits to the Adirondacks.

We love the location as it helps us shorten our trip after a long work week. It still places us within 35 minutes of the region we hike in and allows us some great options for dinner/breakfast during our stay.

Honestly, there is nothing about the accommodations that we don't enjoy. The seats out front, the room, the complimentary snacks for late arrival evenings keep us coming back again and again. We appreciate such a high quality and affordable option in the ADK.

Keyless check-in was very convenient, and the value was good. We travel a lot in the winter for snowboard race events. The room was very generously sized, with two queen beds and a small kitchenette (very helpful for our very early morning). The water was hot and the pressure was great for showering. The decor is not modern, more of an 80's vibe, considering the low price, it is absolutely fair. We would book again in the future.

Not a dealbreaker by any means, however, the bathroom doesn't have a fan and the sink doesn't have any counter space, It felt like it could have been a bit cleaner, but keeping in mind the rooms are on the older side and that doesn't always present well. Any negatives were super easy to remedy with my clorox wipes. I opened the window for airflow and all was good . Again, for the price, it was totally fine and didn't impact our stay in a negative way at all.
