Maple Leaf Lodge

I was expecting more of a hotel. This property was somewhat like an Airbnb. Whenever there was a problem, I had to make a call, then the staff would have to leave her home to come to the property. The property was a bit more “rustic” than I expected.

The owner went out of his way to accommodate us when the power went out all night after a thunderstorm. He provided battery operated lamps and night lights. It was deeply appreciated.

The newly renovated apartment had good rooms and furniture

It was on a partially abandoned property and around the back and all u saw was the scariest old cabins. I was booked for something else but ended up with something else. Although the apertments were reasonable they had too many exits and being out of town is a bit uncomfortable.

The room was in perfect condition, the key was in the door when we arrived. The coffee and snacks were helpful when you travel away from home. One of the best motels we stayed in. Kids enjoyed watching Netflix channel
