Posada Don Julio

Adorable logement au bord du lac, un peu rustique mais idéalement situé face à l'île de Florès. On bénéficie facilement de l’exotisme de l'île sans ses inconvénients (en week-end peuplée et bruyante). Attention si vous venez en voiture prévoir 20mn de piste chaotique mais tout à fait faisable avec une berline standard . Par contre si vous venez en bus traversée, en lancha depuis Flores quasiment sans attente. Pour un peu moins d'1 €/per (100 qtz). Nos hôtes sont tout à fait charmant et soucieux de nous aider et très disponibles. Un gros plus: eau purifiée à disposition et petite cuisine avec le nécessaire

Nous étions en mars - la saison était encore fraîche et nous avons regretté le manque d'eau chaude.

Gute Kommunikation mit Lesbia. Zimmer groß und ausreichend für einige Nächte. Kochen möglich! Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Bootsfahrt von der Insel Flores nach San Miguel dauert 3 Minuten. (10 Quetzales pro Person)

Prachtige locatie aan het water. Kan makkelijk met de bootjes naar het eiland van flores. Hele vriendelijke host! Lekker bedden.

Everything! We were so pleased we decided to stay in San Miguel. You access the property in San Miguel by boat. This was in-fact a great experience and the boats run constantly from 5am-11pm so it’s totally doable. Lesbia the host helped us plan our trips and did everything to ensure we were comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching sunrise/sunset and all the fantastic wildlife.

My stay at Posada Don Julio was great! The location right on the water is magic. I loved sitting on the deck and just watching the birds. The room is huge and the beds were comfy and the kitchen has everything you need. Lesbia and Julio are lovely and will help you book your TIkal/Yaxha tours if you want. San Miguel is a chill town with a few restaurants and beautiful sunrises.

There is an apartment above and you can hear EVERYTHING. So depending on who your neighbors are it can be annoying. The WIFI when I was there was pretty much non existent. Julio said he was getting it fixed. Just something you might want to check if you are working remote.

Alojarnos en Posada Don Julio ha superado mucho nuestras expectativas y ha hecho que nuestra estancia en Flores sea maravillosa. Julio, Lesbia y su familia son encantadores, te hacen sentir como en casa y te ayudan en todo lo que necesitas. El lugar es maravilloso, con vistas preciosas al lago, super tranquilo. Alojarse en San Miguel es mucho mejor que alojarse en la isla de Flores porque tienes la tranquilidad y la belleza del lugar y a la vez tienes restaurantes, tiendas, un museo y una playa preciosa muy cerca. Pour le prix c’était merveilleux, les lits très confortables, lq vue magnifique, l’hôte etait très sympathique. Rien à demander de mieux pour le prix.

Location, best view. Spacious and clean room. The owner is super kind. You can buy from her tours and tickets too for a cheap price.
