Great location, clean and friendly staff.

The air-conditioning could be improved it dosn't cool the living area. And the lounge is a bit hard maybe change it with a simple comfortable lounge suite.

"Good comfortable accomodation in a good location within walking distance to beach, cafes and restnts"

Nice safe location with easy parking. Big rooms downstairs, comfortable accommodation. The TV and Alexi device worked well. Pool was clean and well maintained. The laundry next door was very convenient and close to good restaurants and cafes.

The nearby Bali Aussie Pub is noisey late at night but they did play good music.

The Villa is in a great location. If you walk out of the road onto the main street and past the Bandha hotel you can be at the beach in under 5 minutes. There are so many places to eat and drink around the villa you will have no problems finding something you like. There is a laundry next door which is cheap and does a great job. The pool is great and the hosts have a small library so you can read some good books while you relax around the pool.

The A/C in the lounge could use a boost - I felt sorry for the little fella trying to cool down that big room :)

"Not worth my money"

Being so close to everything and the pool

Staff assisted to all our needs and went beyond! This property needs a real deep clean! Water pressure in bathroom +shower was very poor (was fixed with in a few days) toilet got blocked on two occasions, there was a leak in the downstairs bedroom and kitchen ( I was very close to falling. Towels and kitchen tea towels were very stained pillow cases were yellow, I was completely disgusted but lucky the staff bought new ones for us straight away. The lounge is so uncomfortable and smelt really bad! I asked the cleaning to strip it and get it washed but never happened! This place is not ideal for a family with young children the stairs are very steep. Dogs barking early in the morning. Loud music can be heard from the villa at night.
