The apartment was just perfect for what we needed. Situated in walking distance to everything and a handy carpark opposite. Clean, tidy, just everything you need We will definitely be booking ti stay again

Great location, lovely apartment, easy access to property .

Shower room/toilet area has got a unpleasant sewage smell which can be quite overpowering and also the little things that the maintenance team should be on top of are lacking.

"Had to vacate the property due to it being unclean."

The apartment had not been cleaned thoroughly, various hairs on cooking utensils, inside fridge, toilet brush unclean, sanitary towel discarded (viewed, did not inspect). Contacted the host on arrival, explained that we could not stay and would have to find another location. Host was only concerned about our immediate departure time, it was an unpleasant experience. Thankfully we received a full refund from the host via Booking.com.In my opinion the host had been let down by her house cleaning staff.

Everything to make it a home from home experience. Great location by the Roman gardens and seconds from one the many entry points to the Walls and the river
