This is by far the worst accommodation I’ve ever encountered. First of all, they do not honor confirmed reservations. They demand that you pay through their own platform outside of Booking, and if you don’t, they cancel your reservation without warning. When I arrived at 2 a.m., exhausted, they left me on the street with no place to stay. This was a horrible and stressful experience. I strongly believe the positive reviews are fake or bought, because what I experienced was absolutely unacceptable. This place deserves the lowest rating possible. Do yourself a favor: do not book here.

The staff are extremely rude and hostile. Instead of helping, they treated me with complete disrespect. The so-called phone service is useless, like calling a public office—no solutions, no support. On top of that, the property is in one of the worst areas, inside a tall building with no proper security or reception. It feels unsafe and unprofessional from the moment you arrive

A peaceful and satisfying stay. The location was convenient, and yet the hotel itself was quiet and calm.
