Disgusting 😡 hotel staffs are very bad they have no sense of how to talk to customers. I booked room 5 days before stay and still we wait for hours and staffs are talking to us very rudely

The staff was very cooperative

The room space and size was very small, the kitchen was very dirty and full of old food, insects and was stinking needs cleaning, the location of hotel, hotel and room odour was very bad due to location, the appliances were not working like fridge and lights, the window was also not having locks, the room was not having the locker facilities as it was mention in facilities.

Room was very darty, mosquitoes, 🦟🦗🦟, cockroach 🪳🪳,not working freez,room was very small

my guests did not stay as rooms were too small.
