We had a wonderful stay at Fabrizio villa! The house impressed us with its spacious studio kitchen — very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped: a large fridge, a freezer that even makes ice, plenty of space for cooking, and a big dining table for the whole family. The layout is very convenient: two of the rooms have their own private bathrooms, which was very comfortable. The villa also has a spacious swimming pool, a grill, and a beautiful green garden — a real oasis of peace and relaxation. Fabrizio is an exceptionally attentive and caring host. He helped us order a cake from a local café (we had our daughter’s birthday during the stay), and he could even arrange a restaurant reservation if needed. He also gave us a detailed day-by-day guide with recommendations on what sights to visit and shared links to all the shops and cafés in the area. One important note: having a car is essential. The villa is located in a unique position, equally distant from both the Adriatic and Ionian seas. This gave us the opportunity to choose every day where to go depending on the weather and wind direction — a real advantage for beach lovers. Everything is done with love and care — you can truly feel the hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a relaxing holiday! 🌿

Location: The location of this high-quality accommodation is perfect. You live in the middle of Salento and can reach all the beaches and sights from there in a maximum of 30 minutes. Facilities: The villa is furnished to an extremely exclusive standard. The furniture is of extremely high quality and everything you need is provided. The property is huge, with a very well-kept garden and a spotlessly clean pool for children to cool off and run around in. There are several lounges in the garden for relaxing. We would particularly like to emphasize the cleanliness. Host: The owner Fabrizio deserves more than 5 stars. He takes excellent care of his tenants and is always available for questions and requests. Nothing is too much for him, he is immediately on hand. His insider tips make it possible to enjoy a vacation away from the crowds even during the vacations. Our vacation: We spent ten unforgettable days in July and definitely felt at home. We missed absolutely nothing, on the contrary. We will definitely be back and can only praise the villa to the skies and highly recommend it.

The house was very nice and modern. There was a lovely yard with a small pool and grilling area, which we used couple of times.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The house is beautifully maintained, and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The three-bedroom layout was perfect for our group, with two ensuite bathrooms and an additional bathroom for convenience. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. We especially loved the garden, which was a lovely spot to relax, and the shared pool was a fantastic addition. Fabrizio, the host, was exceptional—he went out of his way to recommend the best local spots and restaurants, which really enhanced our experience. The house was spotless when we arrived, and we appreciated that one of the bedrooms was set up as a kid's room with two single beds even though we used it just for one person. Overall, our experience was superb, wifi exceptional and we would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at this property with some minor drawbacks. The house is located next to a motorway, so there is some noise, but the beautiful garden and well-equipped windows do a great job of minimizing it, allowing us to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. The location is a bit remote, so having a car is essential for getting around. That said, Lecce and many other charming towns and amazing beaches are just a short drive away, making it a great base for exploring the area. We did experience a few power outages during our stay—the electricity went out three times for a couple of minutes each time. However, Fabrizio was quick to assist and ensured everything was back to normal swiftly. Despite these minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the comfort and amenities of the house.

The house and place is super nice, with everything you need, fully equipped place + pool, outdoor dinning area and bbq. Fabrizio is a top host, always available and helpful. He recommended great restaurants and beaches on the same day, great advices and also offered us typical puglian products to taste like pasticcioto y rústico. Is closely located to Lecce (10 min)

It was a really great stay, the location is ok from a distance to Lecce perspective but the house is not a very residential area.
