Un établissement tres cozy avec une famille adorable qui le gère.( ils nous ont meme préparée un sac avec des snacks pour notre prochain déplacement) On a trouvé une moto, velo, un petit dej comme vous le voulez.. On s’est vraiment senti accueilli comme chez nous Une tres belle experience qu’on recommande vivement. Un emplacement parfait central par rapport aux activités avec des restaurants et des vues a couper le souffle aux alentours

Tout etait parfait mais vraiment sans exagération

The Homestay was in a quite area of Ninh Binh, so no traffic or loud music. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend Ninh Binh Royal Homestay for its value for money and friendly staff.

Everyone always do willing to help with advice and booking bus tickets. Included breakfast was substantial. Grounds were lovely.

Homestay is very cute individual cottages and you got a bit of noise as people were walking past outside talking.

Incredible Homestay with staff who welcome you like family. The breakfast included with the stay was super delicious. The grounds were well kept with beautiful healthy plants. Great photo op every corner you turn. The staff were super helpful with recommendations for places to eat and places to visit. The room was spacious and clean. AC was powerful. Highly recommend!!!

Wish there was a waste bin in the room and not just the bathroom.
