What truly made the stay special was the outstanding staff service. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you goes to Giorgie (Georgi) for his kindness, professionalism, and excellent hospitality. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure every guest felt comfortable and welcomed. His positive attitude and dedication really made a big difference in our stay. Thanks to all staff 🙏

Needs more maintenance and modernized

Definitely the best in Gudauri! Amazing location, with very welcoming and professional staff.

Super clean, the people are nice and the view was incredible!

Rooms and main restaurant are very nice and comfy

The test of the hotel is old and dark

The spa and outdoor pool (esp at night) is amazing. Food is good and ski facilities great. The hotel reminded me of the "Shining" movie, in a good way

Staff at restaurant is very untrained and unexperienced. One broke a plate and left it there for minutes on the floor waiting for other staff and one other guest almost hurt himself walking.
