Faltaba una TV en el cuarto que estaba el soporte pero no la TV dos cables sueltos en el baño el primer día que llegué no había agua caliente y a las horas salió pero destemplada

Le personnel de l'accueil était très aimable et serviable.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel et avons été déçus par l'entretien de la chambre. Le nettoyage n'a pas été effectué quotidiennement et notre poubelle est restée non vidée pendant trois jours. De plus, le personnel de nettoyage est venu vaporiser un produit contre les insectes en notre présence, sans vraiment nous expliquer la situation. La seule indication que nous avons reçue a été de quitter la chambre, sans plus de communication sur les mesures prises. Ce manque de professionnalisme et de considération a rendu notre séjour moins agréable.
