Pondok Wisata Balty Bali

Our stay was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed snorkelling on the beach which is next to the hotel and the host was so kind to show us the hills and all the surrounding villages.

We were sad to leave and wish we could’ve stayed longer

Wow! What a great place to explore the Amed area! Inayah and Mark’s wonderful guesthouse is a magnificent place that comes with a lovely swimming pool and delicious breakfast! Our room had the best sea view - both from the super comfy bed and the balcony! Because the beautiful room has no kitchen, we could use the main kitchen below to prepare a light lunch. Unfortunately we only stayed 5 nights - we could have easily stayed for a whole month! The shower (both in- and outdoor) was the best we had so far! Lipah beach is just a 3 minute walk from the house where you can snorkel directly from the beach (lots of colourful fish, corals and turtles). There are also abundant and very good dining options in walking or scooter distance - you are spoiled for choice. Mark, a passionate hiker, even took us to an amazing hiking tour to explore the surroundings of the area and gave us lots of good hiking tips. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ accommodation! 100% recommended!

The owners of the property are amazingly caring, helpful and bend over backwards to help ensure all is well. Mark and Inayah get the gold medal for service and friendliness. They go above and beyond expectations, inviting guests to join in local cultural occasions, even providing appropriate clothing (this included a temple celebration and a wedding). Mark and Inayah along with their staff are there to support with anything that could help make our holiday enjoyable. Exceptional. The room is recently built, clean and well equipped. The pool was a nice place to cool off. Lipah beach is close by, only a five minute walk. Breakfast was provided, and there are plenty of places nearby to eat. We loved our time there. We extended it a further week.

It was our first time visiting Amed and this lovely place, Balty Bali in Lipah was the perfect way to start. Mark and Inayah are super friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The balcony in our room offered the most amazing view of the sunrise. Love the place and the Indonesian breakfast was sooo good! Appreciate them giving us a shot of Jamu on our first morning there, we are now hooked on that stuff. Unfortunately we couldn't get a photo with them as they had to leave the next day with some friends, but even in their absence, everything moved like clockwork. They can sort you out with scooter rental, laundry and snorkels. And if Mark offers you the chance to go on a hike with him, do not pass up that opportunity. The sights and views in and around Amed are breathtaking. Thank you guys! We had the best time in Lipah and will be back to stay at your place for longer!

Location and clean

Great, clean and fresh place. Only three rooms with nice pool. We had double/twin room with partial sea view and it was the best. Nice seating area, great view and full kitchen with complimentary drinking water in the balcony. Big and comfortable bed, great AC and tv with movie channel. The owners Mark and Inayah were great. They will help you with anything! If you need a driver around or rent snorkeling gears. Also other staff is very kind and helpful. The Lipah beach is 3 minutes walk and it’s beutiful and great spot for snorkeling, we saw a big turtle there. In few minutes walk there is also a convenience store and restaurants. We extended our stay for two more nights, staying there 7 nights. Great place to explore and relax!

Loved everything about this place!! So clean, spacious great outdoor balcony and pool and fantastic location very close to the beach! The owners and employees were so helpful with everything we needed and gave many suggestions of things to do. We were able to get laundry done, rent snorkling gear and scooters from them. They also drove us to various places when we didnt want to use the scooters.

I can’t even start describing how good our stay was, but I will try. First of all the facilities were all we could hope for and more. Equiped with AC, fan, awsome bathroom , a kitchen and even a full fridge we were missing absolutely nothing. The unforgettable factor was the hospitality we received from Mark , Nur and their staff. The really treated us and all their guests like royalty going above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing as possible. If you are looking for a convivial and relaxing environment this is the place for you!

This place is really nice. Spacious rooms. Mine even had a small private kitchen. Lipah is the best area to stay in Amed if you drive a scooter. Breakfast was delicious and the help was soo nice and friendly.
