I like the owner kuya neil and ate lulu very accommodating and they are very nice to us. The price we pay was very sulit. Modest accomodation. May hot and cold shower. Best for family. They let us borrow some kitchenwares. Location wise because malapit sa airport though papasok konti yong site nila pero carry ra. Also no problem if walang transportation, they help us to rent motorbike.

The host is very confusing. I gave him couple of considerations to attend our meets, but unfortunately host asking for more favour. I tried to cancel our booking and get a refund but It's our lost. Host, all of the sudden saying I cancelled but No I didn't, it end up asking to get checking in very late at 2000 instead the common checking in time on his page 1400. So, we decided to cancel at this point due to we are all exhausted from our flight and we have teenagers that starts complaining for comfort. It very ridiculous! First time to leave bad reviews, i guess it happened at the wrong time. I have to say what we experienced. Didn't meet my expections at all. I tried to be nice at our convo, never yell at him.

Host tried to insist to get check in at 1900 to 2000, and telling us he can pick us up. We all said no! I asked for refund, but unfortunately not guaranteed, called us few times and the last telling us its not refundable. I asked him, to take a picture of the place, of where are going to stay but not the same in the picture. So very misleading.

Host is very accommodating and responsive in chat. Though had some troubles with the water but they are very proactive for the solution. Place is very spacious and clean. If you want somewhere peaceful, would recommend this. Just 15minutes away from Alona beach.

Blankets are quite thin. If you are not very used to air conditioners, might be a challenge to you when sleeping.

The host is very nice and accommodating. I liked it because my family can stay in one place.

The location is a little far from the highway.

The place is quiet,the owner is accommodating and rooms are clean . It's not far from alona and also from dumaluan.

We're not able to stay because they were using it for personal reasons. It was frustrating. Traveling with family carrying 4 babies around looking for another place to stay.
