caravan was spotless clean....location and site excellent .

struggled with nest thermostat as couldn't get hot water to have shower and heated living space but bedroom ice cold.....we had to sleep in living area with gas fire on coz boiler must be playing up stating fault code 12 or summat...

We use to go on holidays often . We have been in lots of caravans but this was far the best! The caravan was lovely, comfortable and literally there was everything you need ! There was prepared a bowl of water for my dog after the long travel. The owner is lovely, kind and helpful. We will go back for sure!

For the money (just less than £300 for 3 nights in May half term week) it was good. The location was good as only a short walk to the venue and had a view of the sea from the kitchen and balcony window. Balcony was nice to sit on. Facilities were all there .hosts replied to me pretty much instantly which I appreciated :)

The caravan carpets smelt strongly of dogs but it is a dog friendly caravan so I probably should have expected that to a degree but it was too strong in my opinion and prevented me from relaxing and sleeping at times. It got noisy at night with people walking past the caravan shouting etc which woke my children up. No linen on arrival so make sure you take your own and towels. Facilities at the park were not great very basic pool that got swamped full of kids throwing balls at you etc and the beach isn't a nice sandy beach we were expecting so that was disappointing. The staff at the resort were very clueless about a lot of things and gave us false information several times . The kids club was very poor and basic in the mornings and evenings and there was only one place to eat in the whole venue so ques were big at times. It says there is a fish n chips van on site but there isn't. There is in fact a burger van but it wasn't open when we wanted to go there despite the receptionist saying it would be open at 5pm it wasn't open all day that day. The extra activities you pay a lot for were ran poorly so much so I complained and they let my children stay an extra 10 minutes because they took over 15 minutes to start the activity which was only 30 minutes long for £10 each child to only have 15 minutes wasn't in my opinion acceptable. My sons hoverbored beeped loudly the whole time he was on it which got annoying and my younger child's hoverboard didn't even work at first. Needless to say the whole holiday experience wasn't great so I don't think we'll be going again . If you want somewhere relatively cheap to stay though then this caravan might be a good fit. The shower was good too.

Beautiful caravan with everything you would need for your stay Host's was amazing and went the extra mile and put banners up for my husband as it was his surprise 40th weekend away definitely recommend and will definitely return thank you for our stay
