## 🌟 Review of [Place Name] I highly recommend this place! The staff is absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. The facility was impeccably clean and surprisingly quiet, making for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out was their flexibility; they allowed us to stay in our room past checkout due to personal reasons, which we greatly appreciated. It's also pet-friendly, but you'd never know it—everything was spotless and well-maintained. The pool was great, providing a perfect spot to unwind, and the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day right. The convenience of the location is another plus. Overall, I give an A+ to all the staff for their exceptional service and attention to detail. If you're looking for a great place to stay, this is it!

Check-in was super quick and easy. I asked about updating our check-out day, and it was handled right away. The front desk lady was warm and welcoming. Our room was huge, spotless, and very comfortable and exactly what you want after a long day of travel. We’d definitely stay here again!

The pool was closed and that’s the reason we went there. We never even checked in and I’m not sure why Expedia didn’t know that. Plus the rate that the hotel was going to give me wasted cheaper then the rate Expedia gave me. We didn’t even stay and I tried to cancel my reservation 2 times on line and over the phone! I will be contacting them again today for a full refund!

Air conditioning smelled like bad and made us cough and wheeze

We arrived at 2:30. Check in was 3 our room wasn't ready until 4:30. At first they couldn't find us a room, although we had a reservation. Once they did we had to wait for it to be cleaned. While we waited, There were only 2 other families that we observed. We stayed two nights. Our key cards didn't always work and had to be reissued a few times. You can hear the elevator running all night. Pool was closed? Bummer. Not enough food or coffee was put out for breakfast and it was a mess. I had to ask for almost everything from coffee to utensils. It was not a busy hotel for all the issues we had.

Upon arriving we were unable to find anyone to assist with checking in. Stood waiting for almost 10 mins before she came walking from somewhere. She didn’t acknowledge us, just went to her computer and asked our names. Not friendly at all. Once we were checked in, she didn’t offer a direction to go for our room, or how to get there. We ended up having to come back to the desk to ask how to get to the room. The room itself was great, but the lack of customer service will have us looking elsewhere on our visits to the lake in the future.

I liked everything property was quite, parking was very convenient. it is a new hotel they do not have a sign close to the road, so it was a little hard to find.

The pool wasn't avaliable to use. The staff acted like they didn't know why the pool wasn't open.

The hotel had been open for less than a week so it smells new! The front desk employees were nothing but kind. The hotel was clean. The boys loved the pool and unlike most indoor pools, the chlorine smell and heat were not overwhelming. I would recommend and stay here again!
