Nem volt kitakarítva a lakás! Mindenhol haj és szőrszálak voltak! Amikor a panaszomat megtettem akkor csak annyi volt rá a válasz hogy majd holnap megy a takarítónő na de nem jött!!

Az oda érkezésemkor a bejutás és hajnalban a nagy kapun lévő bejutás.

This is a really great place, perfect for traveling with family and friends. If you're visiting Budapest for sightseeing, these apartments are a wonderful option. Everything is within walking distance, with all the sights and shops and amenities nearby—it's truly convenient. A huge plus is that you'll have your own parking space in the underground garage. A huge thank you to the owner, who provides detailed instructions to make your check-in as comfortable as possible. The owner is very responsive and pleasant, and he helped with all your questions. The apartment itself looks quite attractive, and you can step out into the courtyard in the morning and enjoy a truly relaxing coffee. The apartment has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. In my opinion, it's excellent value for money.

I don't want to say anything negative, as the apartment is really nice. There are just some things that could use some work, as some things have started to break down. We were really pleased with this stay, and I would probably like it to be a bit cleaner. I'd like them to pay attention to the condition of the toilet and sink for future guests, and to do something about the smell. Overall, I think these issues arise because the place is really popular and in demand. I'm sure the owner will quickly resolve these issues, so I highly recommend this place; you'll be satisfied.

Tenía de todo lo que se necesita. El precio está bien. El personal fue muy amable, aunque les pedí hacer el checkout un poco más tarde, no fueron nada flexibles ante eso.

La taza del WC parecía que se iba a romper, estaba colgada y los azulejos estaban rajados incluso. La cama está en la parte alta y hay que subir por una escalera de hierro siendo peligroso si tienes que ir al baño en mitad de la noche. Es más pequeño de lo que aparenta en las fotos.

Хозяин отвечал быстро в ватсап, но наверное если бы не было проблем с его стороны, то по факту мне и не надо было бы с ним контактировать. Парковочное место крытое, с пультом от ворот ,идеально что бы оставить машину.

Квартира которую выбрал я отличалась от той что дал хозяин квартиры. А если точнее,он прислал мне инструкцию одну,но потом в процессе,написал что то соседняя квартира и мне нужна уже не белая дверь 7 номером,а коричневая номер 9. Квартира была плохо убрана, на подушке и постельном белье - следы крови,на двери в душевую тоже. Сам душ тоже был сломан(крепление).В целом это и есть главная претензия. В остальном для того что бы просто поспать там пару ночей - ок.
