Pool not ready, half of Kitchen equipment not working about 70 % of the light bulbs defect, building under costruction, very dirty outsid.....you name it, just lousy

El Hotel estaba prácticamente en renovación y no informaron nada . No funcionaba nada. La piscina sucia, restaurante y bar de la playa cerrado .

The infrastructure is obsolete, including the swimming pool area , the lack of beach beds at the pool. The pools theirselfs are dirty at the fundal, not hygienic.

Some little cockroaches around. We adapt. If there is a electricity black out, the structure doesn't have a generator, just wait nax 1 hour and it will come back. Akuna matata

The location is very good- really close to the beach. It’s also close to the shopping centre The room had AC which was really helpful with the coastal heat. We had drinking water in the room. There is a lift to access the upper floors. The unit is well equipped with, a fridge, cookware, cooker, AC

1. The host wasn’t very hospitable- He neither asked whether we were checked in well or did a follow up during or after to know how our stay was. However, accessing the property was seamless through the guards at the gate - they were really helpful. 2. There were roaches everywhere. Very big ones. 3. No hot shower in the unit 4. Bathroom was poorly maintained. After every shower the entire floor was wet! 4. The entire apartment is poorly maintained. Very big pool but moss on the walls. Broken tiles around etc. 5. There was no duvet in the room. Which is kinda understandable given the coastal heat. But I visited during a rainy season and the nights were cold. It would be nice to add.

They have a pretty interesting way to scam money.

Everything was awful. Very old and poorly maintained building which has many owners & reception doesn’t help. Cockroaches all around & very smelly rooms. After complaining for insects, struggling to reach owner we were rudely told that we can go somewhere else AT 9:30 PM, they yet managed to take our money after accusing us we are rude to their staff. The place is definitely not recommended for kids. Their staff was asking us to call directly to owner. They ruined our time but we managed to leave ASAP and found an amazing place at Safari Sea lodge at last moment. Sam the owner probably the worst host we ever came across. The guy kept on saying his words on call and didn’t bother to come and talk The staff kept claiming we have no balance in phone ho call so you call by yourself It was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE My friend even wanted to call police but I just asked him to take one day money and just leave these scammers. Didn’t felt safe there.
