When we arrived, there were multiple people in the house drinking, creating a very uncomfortable and inappropriate environment for guests. It was loud and did not feel like a proper accommodation. The toilet was extremely unclean, with waste left inside, and we had to ask for it to be cleaned. The air conditioning in the room was not working, making the stay very uncomfortable. The location is extremely difficult to reach — we spent nearly two hours with a Bolt driver trying to find the property. After that, no drivers were willing to pick us up, and we were forced to walk. On top of this, the level of security was very poor, and we did not feel safe during our stay. When we woke early in the morning, the place was a mess, with drink bottles everywhere and doors left open overnight, which felt very unsafe.

The payment

I liked the apartment in general. The service was good, the staff were so friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Very friendly space for self-catering as well. They have both options for food and breakfast, as well as self catering.

The heater in the apartment we got was under maintenance. However, they provided us with a kettle, which was a bit helpful.

Schöne und saubere Unterkunft außerhalb von Arusha. Sehr freundliches Personal Es sind keine Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Nichts desto trotz bieten sie eine kleine aber abwechslungsreiche Karte mit leckeren Gerichten für das Mittag- oder Abendessen. Zudem konnte ich mein Hauptgepäck während meiner Safari in der Unterkunft zwischenlagern. Danke für den nette Bewirtung 😊

Die WLAN Verbindung in meinem Zimmer hätte besser sein können.
