"Nice property, ideal location/view, could do with some improvements to make stay more comfortable."

Location excellent

Cumbersome initial digital door entry system and impersonal communication with the Agent. Dishwasher smelly, filter needed cleaned. Basic, minimal utilities, no hand soap or tea towels provided on arrival ( at least until we could purchase). TV didn't work, possibly batteries on remote control need replaced. Online instructions booklet very poor, had to search through cupboards to find a large, untidy, folder full of technical appliance operator instructions (not ideal). Misled, promised air con, but only provided in the lounge, not the bedrooms which were the prime areas where cooling was required. One bedroom, had only an open clothes rack, small wardrobe and some drawers would have been useful.

Very nicely decorated, beautiful apartment. View over the Siena town is exceptional. New clean towels and duvets.

Registration process of taking ID picture and uploading was cumbersome, while at the other two apartments in Rome and Florence, there was a person who guided us in and took picture of our ID, which we found more assuring and time saving.

We enjoy everything! Thank you very much. Excellent place to stay in the central part of Siena. So nice view through the windows. Il Campo parking is an expensive one (24/7), you can leave the car at Parcheggio su strada Porta Tufi (8:00-20:00).

"Great location, comfortable and clean apartment"

The location of this apartment was great, 5-10 minutes walk (with kids!) to the Piazza Del Campo. The apartment was very clean, warm and comfortable and equipped well enough for a short stay. We arrived slightly early and it was ready for us and someone came to meet us. They also arranged a taxi for us to the station on our last day - really helpful. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom with shower and a good sized sitting/eating space. It also has a washing machine and clothes hanger. It is ground floor, but down a short set of steps. The big windows let in lots of light and the view of the city is gorgeous 😍

Not a problem for us, but others staying might want to know that the property is down a very steep slope. You can walk on the road or down the steps. It is also one way and our initial taxi dropped us off at the top of the slope.
