Como llegaba un poco tarde porque salia de paseo batallava un poco con el estacionamiento, pero todo bien

Spacious clean quiet unit

Apparently property management does not allow subletting. So we recieved a ,notice to vacate by 01 march 2026 . We were not allowed to use thr pool, laundry and trash room which made the stay very difficult. Water was cut from 9.00 am to 4 p.m.

L’espace et le confort

The location was perfect, near the supermarket, the Starbucks, your own private parking place, nice gym. And a spacious appartement! Great beds!

The host made it difficult to collect the keys. Timing to meet to hand over the keys was on their schedule and then they were still 40 minutes late. The sofa bed was completely broken and nothing was done to replace/fix this after we advised the host so we had to share beds with others (we stayed one night). Turns out this is an illegal sublet so if you want to be told by the property manager you are trespassing this is the place for you. We were strongly advised by the management of the complex to find other accommodation as we were not legally permitted to be there therefore trespassing and liability insurance was now compromised and also the tenant was in breach of his lease. We had our kids with us who were distressed by hearing all this so we left and found alternate accommodation as we did not feel safe to stay. The host started sending very aggressive messages to us and they accepted no wrong doing on their part and would not authorise booking.com's request for a refund. Tolle große Wohnung. Super Lage - 10 min zum Strand. Haben es zu 5. genutzt . Schlafcouch und Betten sehr bequem. Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert.

Zu wenig Gläser.
