"Serves your basic needs at a valued price"

We liked that it had 3 bedrooms, washer and dryer and full kitchen. Facility was very clean. The property owner called me to help with a key code problem and was great on the phone.

Lack of extra amenities such as luggage racks or dresser, extra wash cloths (we went and bought extra) and the annoying rooster next door that crowed at 11pm and 4am every day.

Love the residence. Loved the feel of our own "compound". Great and clean gravel lot.

The buildings around this place look kinda shady, but for Visalia, I guess that's normal. The house next door is scrappy looking. However, the rental property itself is VERY nice

It felt like we were moving in to our new home. Clean, modern, quiet, and spacious. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

I had to dig deep on this and it's not even a dislike. I was startled by the rooster crowing next door on the first morning. I guess I am a city girl after all.

"This was a great experience and it was a very nice home."

The place looked brand new and it was very cozy. Very aesthetically pleasing as well. It was one of the hottest weeks on record and the AC system made it very pleasureable.

We did find a big cockroach in the kitchen one of the nights we were there. I sent a picture to the property but had no reply.
