nothing, could not even get access

I was unable to reach anyone from this property. When I arrived, I could not gain access, and all attempts to contact the host were unsuccessful. I have serious doubts about whether this listing is even legitimate.

I didn't have access to the property, the Host's cell phone number was off from the time I booked till I reached the adress. At security gate was denied access as an access code is required. No Unit number was left at booking.com. lost R800 and very sad

I never had access to the property because these host's cellphone was off from that day and the day after. Sent email and no response. I lost R800.

Booked on the App. Paid online on Visa Card. Updated arrival time. Proceeded to property to Checkin Called the contact Nr as per the confirmation while traveling to the address. Phone was switched off. Emailed and messaged property via the App. No response to date. No calls returned No refund of the booking payment received. No cancelation option on the App on this booking. Booking. Com kindly advise as this has caused inconvenience and a 2nd property had to be booked and paid for on the evening.

I couldnt like anything because i booked and the host was no where to be found.i had to sleep at a garadge i was stranded i just want my refind

Bad service.how do you run an airbnb and not be reachable..i payed full price only to find myself in the strees stranded cause an ignorant host chose to swirch her phone off

I paid for the property and didnt get given access to get in i called the property owner 100 times they ignored my calls but the phone was ringing and no call back its actually a scam that i have experienced , and no refund at all i slept outside

I hate that booking.com allows such properties on the platform that take peoples money and dont give them the service or a refund please dont book here its a scam
