Delightful hosts. Enjoyed our stay.

Our cell phone, for some reason or another, could not make contact with the hosts - probably the fault of our phone - no reflection on the hosts. This made entry a little difficult but, with the help of a friendly neighbour, it was sorted out pretty quickly.

Philippe and Inge were fantastic hosts - very kind, hospitable and accommodating.. It is not a B&B or a self-catering establishment, however Philippe provided plates and cutlery and warmed up our Pizza which we brought along. Beautiful historical guesthouse at the foot of Kasteel mountain with wooden floorboards. Spacious bedroom and private bathroom across the room. We found unexpected complimentary surprises in room. One can enjoy the lovely lush garden with citrus trees as there is outdoor seating. Secure parking.

I loved everything. It's quiet, the garden is a pleasure to be in, the house is stunning with old wooden floors. And the location makes it easy to use the guesthouse as a base, from where you can do day trips to wherever you feel like.

I would have loved to be able to have breakfast here, but it's no a deal-breaker 😊

For a B&B it lacked a B. No breakfast on offer. Also no en-suite bathroom.
