Staff was pathetic, not responding to requests, made us wait in other room even after check in time. Washroom was pathetic not cleaned in ages

A lovely hotel good location and good service good coprate all staf just to family behaviour, all guest to stay near to airport so I recommend stay hotel as suite a comfort hotel big room spacious and clean room I am injoying to all family near to aslapha metro all is lovely guys thanks to booking .com to recommend this hotel

Nothing was good. It was bad experience staying in this hotel

🪳 Cockroach are roaming around all over the rooms. Unhealthy atmosphere. Not providing gst bill. Overcharged room cost.

Absolutely nothing

It was a nightmare. The rooms were dirty. There were cockroaches all around. Since we paid the amount, we didn't not even get a rupees back. We spent 13k for staying with cockroaches for a night and then we decided to shift and they did not refund a single penny. We asked them to clean the rooms multiple times on day one, they refused to do that also

Rude behaviour of the staff. I request for bedroom for 3 people but they only give double bed room and tell me to adjust or cancel the booking. And in the room water was dripping from air conditioner as well as from washroom ceiling. Size of the room was very small.

It's a little closer to metro station so connectivity is okay.

My room was given to some other couple , they kept all our stuff outside the room and when we found out they shifted us to a different room with no bathroom light, no flush no toilet seat. We had to get everything repaired and then we were able to stay. It was not good.
