The Rooms at Cunninghams

The room was finished with idyllic furnishings blended with that older European charm, it was spacious. The bath/washroom was updated to accommodate first world expectations & very clean. The bed was comfortable. Bedding crisp. I Iove the little alcove window seat and the Beautiful geraniums outside the window, which opened up to allow the fresh morning air in. Drapery was lovely and darkened the room very well at night. There is no air conditioning but it did have a fan to keep the air moving. In the evening however on a weekend if you were looking for peace and quiet you're not going to find that, as the bar is right below the room I was in & it faced the street. Location was good and accessible to walking distance of other places. Staff were amazing very friendly and accommodating Over all quite pleased.

What a dream of a stay in Kildare! Friendly staff, and the room was in pristine condition. Exceptionally comfortable bed and delicious coffee.

This is in a back ally and appears to be an extra room among permanent renters. The beds are rock hard and the rooms weren’t really clean.

As the sink had no plug it was difficult to shave properly. Without a plug, I was left to rinse my face with either boiling water or cold water. I ended up trying to use the shower head.

Thank you Rachel for being such an accommodating host! We had no issues finding the building. Everything is clean. The bed was amazing. We had a lovely stay. Would highly recommend this cozy accommodation.

Had a wonderful stay – everything was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal. Would definitely stay here again.

Interesting room above a pub. Room was nice, fairly spacious, centrally located. No mini fridge and some of the lights didn't seem to work. Nice furniture and comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The absence of any contact info before 4 p.m. is problematic for travelers who arrive in town early in the day. Many hotels offer luggage storage in those situations -- but here, no one to be found or contacted.

Had looked at this accommodation many times, but this was the first time staying here. It was really good. I would definitely book this again.
