Dirty all the room. Many small cockroach . I book for my guest as a gift and when I booked there is no wrote must deposit . Because my guest not pay and the people from appartement cut Off the wifi, what such a dissapointed. I pay for 4 days 3 nights for 2 million more. There is no thank you for this.

The view at night was quite okay.

1. Check-in staff could be more friendly 2. Wifi details on the key card wasn’t updated - TAKE some time to UPDATE it! (needed to WhatsApp the staff to get it in the middle of the night) 3. No soap or shampoo available 4. Toilet, sink and mirrors aren’t cleaned properly 5. Towels are old and hard like sandpaper 6. There are flies in the bathroom, suggesting that sanitation isn’t really taken seriously. 7. Bed is just a spring mattress which is very noisy even with the slightest movement 8. Utensils and kitchen equipment are either missing, old or broken (see coffee mug below) 9. No reverse adapter plugs available 10. The way into and out of the property can be confusing. Also, when you send missing supplies (soap, shampoo, etc..) which was supposed to have been supplied before your guest checks in.., please DO NOT come at 6AM and knock at the door like the building is on fire! Chill!

I see some bugs, a bit dusty, and not so clean. Hope you can do better in your property
