The owner was very flexible and offered us a much bigger room without us asking for it. The place had 2 double beds and a single bed, a kitchen fully equipped (a fridge, a cooker and kitchenware). It made our 3 night stay really comfortable. It was in April so most shops and restaurants are closed in the area but we were able to store our food that we had brought along in the fridge as well as the freezer. Everything in the kitchen was very clean and looked new! There was hot water 95% of the time so it was pleasant to take a shower! There is a free spacious parking space and the guesthouse is surrounded by neighbours' yards, the woods in the front. It was fairly peaceful and quiet. One day the wind was so strong, my towel flew off the balcony but I couldn't spot it. The next day I saw someone had picked it up and left it near our car.

You can still hear the noise a bit from the motorway but it wasn't that bad after all.

We had a nice stay here during our Georgia round trip. Apartment was nice, clean, comfortable. Shower hot and with good presure. Kitchen equiped. Hotel is out of city, in a quite place. 5 min walk to a large empty sandy beach. Perfect relax for us and for baby. You can order meals from menu, which are big and homemade tasty. Thank you.

Comfy, spacious, reasonably priced, very good location - peaceful and quiet

The hotel is a bit far from the center but close to one of the calm and clean beaches. This is an ideal location if you travel by car and seek a quiet place. The staff was very nice.

Great homemade Georgian breakfast, we eat adjari hachapuri. Also, we stayed about a week and everyday and morning we enjoyed the dishes in the menu, all are good!

Maybe better beds

3 minute walk from the best (quiet) part of the nicest beach. The staff are incredibly friendly and speak English, Russian, Georgian, and maybe even more languages. The food they make is delicious. Fresh, home made, and the cheese is even from their own cow. They are really nice to my son too, and even let him see how they milk their cow. I'd recommend this place to couples or families who like to be by the beach, but also enjoy some quiet time. Plus, if you want to go to the central crowded street with restaurants, it is only a 10-15 minute walk.
