Hyvä sijainti, hyvä aamupala. Pääsin heti huoneeseen, vaikka saavuin paljon enjen puolta päivää.

Huone oli pieni, mutta olin kyllä valinnutkin halvimman hintakategorian, joten OK.

"Overall I just left with the thought I'm not staying there again."

Location is great no problem there.

Room was clean but smelt of drains. Either the air change wasn't strong enough or drains were blocked. No real reaction to the complaint apart from thank you for letting us know. Breakfast was boring - nothing unusual, same old same old. Overdone eggs, hotel sausages. Lots of stuff but all of a average to low quality. The breakfast room floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned from the day before(Food over the floor) and I was first in at 7am. The night before I was late arriving due to a Eurostar delay and the only food available was a packet of M&M's and some pringles. I would say this hotel is low 3* at best.

"Heerlijk hotel"

Geweldige locatie pal naast de spido en de erasmusbrug. In het centrum tram voor de deur en opstapplaats watertaxi. Zeer schoon hotel zeer vriendelijk personeel leuke bar en terras aan de Maas !! Heerlijk ontbijt. Prachtige kamers. Totaal plaatje 10+. Prijs kwaliteit meer dan goed.

Central location . Easy access to cruise terminal

Shower glass needs to extended.. water goes everywhere if have water pressure too high
