We booked two nights, The place was not cleaned on our 2nd day, so from activities we came back to a dirty room. We did request for a cleaner to be organised after we left, and we were told there's no cleaner on weekends, which was quiet dissapointing.

It was clean. The host was friendly and welcoming.

The single beds situation was not so ideal for us. Also the tv was not working.

The host was very pleasant throughout our stay. They have dogs, which I was worried about because I'm scared of dogs, but the dogs are well trained and did not bother me once for the duration of my stay. On the other hand my son loved the dogs and played with them daily, and they were very friendly The place was actually impressively clean when we arrived. One of the cleanest places I've stayed at. It's also very nicely located, central to the main attractions in the area

When we arrived the place was very clean, I was impressed. We arrived on a Thursday, and on Friday, there was housekeeping, which was great. Unfortunately on the Saturday there was no housekeeping, which we were told ther is no housekeeping on a weekend, which I was suprised because in their profile it says they have daily housekeeping, and it's one of the things that matter to me the most when I travel becuase cleanliness is a priority for me. Something very bizzare, the bathroom window was not tinted or had a blind, so when showering I was at the mercy of whoever coyld be passing by the window. To make it worse the window was facing high stairs outside, so if someone was to decend the stairs while I shower, they would have a full voew of me in the shower. I found this very bizzare and just struggled to understand why, and I had to take super quick showers every single time. This particular detail really spoiled an otherwise good place.

Beautiful tranquil lush garden. Rooms are spacious, light and well appointed with beautiful outlook onto the garden. Cotton linen, on comfortable bed. Great shower ! Ruth fetched and carried me. She is the best host I have ever come across. Thank you Ruth.

Dogs , ants , cold room and not so friendly stuff. Very cold shower no hot water. Dogs sleep next to your booked room , didn't even see any swimming pool that's advertised. Booked 4 days but couldn't stay another day, had to lose money for the rest of the 3 days and went to Lodge Azure just next door of them. They gave us best service.
