洗面所を使うと配管が不十分でバスルーム全て水浸しになります

It was dirty and noisy, we couldn’t sleep.

The location is great. In the downtown being very convenient to go to several touristic spots and restaurants. The room was clean, easy check in proccess.

The aircon whenever I put warm switched automaticaly to 21 degrees cool.

The location of the hotel is very accesible from airport limousine bus, metro and bus, many shops/restaurants around. The staff it is nice. The hotel common areas, such as front desk/corridors, were not to clean. The room size was good, the AC/TV worked well, tought the bathroom was not clean enough. The shared kitchen was not working due to remolation and was not informed in advance. Easy self check in process.

The bathroom was not clean enough, neither the corridors, stairs, were no bottle of water in the room And was not informed that the kitchen was not operating

The hotel is in an amazing location — super convenient with metro and bus stops nearby, and even the airport bus stops right in front of the hotel! The staff were very kind and friendly.

The only downsides were that I wished there was a mirror in the room (there’s only one in the bathroom), and the mattress springs were a bit uncomfortable in some spots.
