"Disappointing"

Nice reception area and a big fitness center.

Small cockroach in the room. I also had to transfer to another room in the middle of a Zoom meeting because they put me next to construction noise within their building. Main elevator is shared with other facilities so it takes long to go down, and you have to transfer to another elevator on the 9th floor to get to your room.

The property is still being constructed and some of the facilities are not accessible. Notably, there is no breakfast available and the only restaurant only opens at 9am and has limited hours. I was told to go to 7-11 for breakfast when I arrived at 6am from my flight. Construction is loud. I'd give a walking score that would be medium to low.
