"Fantastic week"

Well equipped and furnished. Lots of space and bathroom facilities for everyone. Nice to have a garden space with hot tub. Lovely views. Quiet.

Fake plants in apartment very dusty. A bit of a steep walk uphill which we managed but in the heat was more challenging. Not recommend it if you’re not fit.

We liked the size of all the rooms (except the kitchen). We liked the furnishings, the beds and the hot tub. The welcome basket. Being able to park so close to the property. That the property was only a 10 minute (maximum) walk to beautiful Porthminster beach.

We didn't like: The lack of basic cleaning products, e.g. washing up liquid, antibacterial cleaning spray for worktops, no toiletries, shortage of toilet rolls... and no basic condiments (salt & pepper). The virtually non-existent wi-fi. And while we appreciate the property can't be responsible for communication signals.. the mobile signal very poor and tv stations - even Netflix - kept needing to refresh and could take minutes. The dishwasher was very poor. The kitchen area is small for a 6 person accommodation.

spacious and comfortable slept well as location was quiet the property had comfortable bedrooms with nice bedding and blackout curtains it was great to have 3 bathrooms

location - steep roads from st ives was a problem for the older member of our family lack of basic provisions - eg fairy liquid/cleaning products and salt and pepper would be a welcome addition

"Fab family accommodation in St Ives, but internet unuseable."

Great layout, comfortable, modern decor and great size accommodation. Hot Tub was very nice. Kitchen very well equipped. 3 bathrooms and lovely windows brought lots of natural light in.

The internet connection was very poor as it was on a mobile network rather than wired broadband, it was pretty much unuseable for our entire stay. Also the TV signal was not great resulting in the tv picture breaking up regularly when watching. Also needs hooks for towels near the hot tub.
