Guys are kidding me ? Sending me a quality survey instead of a reply to my complaint. Nobody even opened the door for me or answered my calls. I had to book another hotel and pay again. And was traveling with a tired kid who drove with me for 200 km

Not organized neither cleaned. My bed sheets still had sand from previous guests, so not even a fresh bed was provided. The room was not cleaned at all.
