Beautiful cottage in a fantastic location. Everything you need is right there also plus for being dog friendly

Only minor issue is the parking but we got lucky with a space on the road however the road was packed

Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Very well equipped and organised. Lovely garden and the residential area very quiet overnight. Good base to explore the area.

Parking is an issue. We arrived about 4pm on Saturday and despite trawling the streets local to our property we could find nowhere to park. We had to park overnight in the Gorrell Tanks carpark near the harbour and it cost us £22:80. I'd have hated to pay that everyday for the week! If you are lucky enough to find a parking space...plant your car there and use public transport! This was the only stressor though.

Lovely garden for sitting/eating(could do with a bit of cutting back ) House was clean , well furnished and comfortable.

Only issue was the bin area outside the back gate which was very messy and had a nasty smell due to the warm weather . Would suggest that this needs to be sorted out .

Lovely home and garden. Short walk to the harbour.

A dishwasher would be ideal but didn't detract from the stay. Mattress could have been formed but that's my preference.

Great location and nicely presented with all you need for a short stay. All the basics provided in the kitchen - we only used it for breakfast and drinks but you would have everything you need if you wanted to make a meal It was a nice touch to include some games for the children to play with and the furnishings were stylish and well kept. Garden was also beautiful. You can park on the street - it’s not that easy anywhere in Whitstable but we managed to park without too much drama.

A little more attention on the cleaning. The children’s bunk beds had a lot of lint and hairs and some areas (skirtings, shelves and drawers) were quite dusty - beyond what you’d expect from general settling post clean. Main areas were clean.
