"Perfect stay!"

Excellent location. Yes,noisy from the 2 bars in front of the house,but happy,laughter filled noise from people enjoying their time in Kinsale. You can't find happy noise annoying. The fairy door on Stone mad shop and the lamppost to swing around kept my granddaughter well entertained! Very clean,all the kitchen essentials provided.Very comfortable beds.We had a very enjoyable stay. Would recommend 👌

"An excellent house, just spoilt by a few niggles. We would stay again though."

Very clean , comfortable, well Equipped . Good convenient location.

Could be noises at night due to the Greyhound pub being outside. Unfortunately we had an infestation of flying ants in the front room. A stack of drawers in the back room fell over due not being fixed to the wall. They are unbalanced with the drawers open. The owner did attend to deal with the ants, but they didn’t go away. The TV was difficult to use - three controllers. We didn’t use it.

The location is excellent, right across from The Greyhound pub so great atmosphere especially when the sun is shining. House is well equipped with 3 double rooms, one main bathroom downstairs and two toilets.
