The location was good.

The property was not ready to receive our family. The host had not prepared the beds for the 4 adults and 2 children booked through Booking.com. They only made up 3 beds. The mobile number they provided was not answered and it took me a while to get in touch through Booking.com messaging (whilst I was at the restaurant celebrating my son's birthday!!). Of course, they blamed me and stated that we had booked only for 3 people!! I offered to send them the email confirming our booking - but they never replied! Instead of trying to resolve our issue and even say 'sorry', they just gave us the code for the bedding cupboard and we spent an hour, after we came back from the restaurant, sorting out our beds!!!! Great customer service indeed!!! It really did spoil our night. This is not a 'Stylish' apartment. It is dated, needs a major makeover and the squeaking floor needs addressing! The beds are very uncomfortable and the bedding provided is not the greatest. Weirdly, they still had Christmas decorations on the kitchen windows!! I would strongly recommend avoiding this apartment and the host, who were not helpful when we really needed some support.

"The 'not stylish' apartment"

Location

Wrongly advertised as stylish - whilst clean it was only functional, with a tired vibe, not cosy or comfortable, quite bleak. Spent the minimum amount of time there to sleep only - wouldn’t want to spend more time than that. Cost for that isn't worth it.
