NLThe location is perfect, most all things are on walking distance! Really great apartment, clean, modern, perfect facilities. Downsides: it is small, smaller than it looks on the photos of booking.com, and the instructions on installing wifi could have been clearer (to the owner: just tell people the name of the wifi network + which of the 4 passwords on the back of the router is the one you need ;). It is small bit we were there with 3 adults and one 4 year old, and it was big enough so no problem there. Other thing that could be a bit better: instructions on how to get in the apartment the first time. But we got in, so not a big deal. I hope to come back there!!

GRWell equipped. Close to town center. Clean.
Problem with the blinds, we could not move them. Needed more toilet paper. Entrance to the building is by password only (inconvenient in case you are in a hurry), and the alley is a bit scary at night (although close to a central road). The mattress of the bed was very uncomfortable, the couch was alright.

RSROA well located and friendly-looking apartment. Good price value ratio. Comfy king size bed. A balcony with a great view on typical central Bucharest buildings.
Communication was not easy. Getting a response can take days. No soap in the bathroom. No hairdryer. No shelf in the shower. Shower sink clogged. When you enter the apartment, the bedroom is the first place you enter. TV remote didn't work at all.
GBEasy door code for main door. Keys were easy to acces on the 6th floor.
Had to call for the codes when I was outside the apartrment block despite providing arrival details and updates prior.
