A Rita foi incansável conosco, numa semana em que a ilha sofreu muito com falhas de luz, mas sempre tentou arranjar solução para tudo. As frutas fornecidas são ótimas, o lugar é mágico, com uma vista brutal e com a visita esporádica de macacos, galinhas e gatos.

Do acolhimento e da localização da casa. Uma casa na Floresta pertinho da cidade. Sentimo-nos parte da Floresta 💚

Joli bungalow en bois chaleureux, bien aménagé, dans un cadre de végétation luxuriante. Petite plage calme à 10 minutes à pied. Très bon accueil par Joachim, la propriétaire Rita très réactive et à l'écoute par WhatsApp.

Quelques ustensiles de cuisine en plus seraient appréciable (un plat à salade par exemple), ainsi qu'un séchoir pour les serviettes et maillots.

An oasis of tranquility on the remote and super exotic Príncipe Island. Very well equipped house (kitchen, fridge, microwave, toaster etc). Stable working WiFi. Supermarkets are in reach (5 minutes by car or 30 by feet) and the beach is within walking distance. The host is super helpful and always instantly available for any questions, help or tips.

I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay on Príncipe. It‘s just as beautiful as in the pictures and Bracino, the dog, is the sweetest addition to this home you could imagine. Rita regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and the property manager Joaquin was super helpful. Every morning, he brought us fresh fruit from the farm. ❤️ It‘s just a ~7-10min drive from the biggest town on the island and Rita has many recommendations for restaurants. There’s also a beach within walking distance.

You cannot have a better stay than one that I had at Valdivia homes. First and foremost, you cannot find a better host than Rita. First she let me in very early on the day of my arrival, with a short turnaround time for cleaning. Secondly, I caused some inconvenience to her during the stay, and she just said that I forget about that and enjoy my time. Finding nice accommodation for a reasonable price is a great challenge at Principe. This is definitely one. The house is beautiful, comfortable, it has AC and very good WiFi. It was all great.

Beautiful view from terrasse. Birds and monkeys around. Easy walk to the beach. Cozy house with all you need. The manager always available. Wifi perfectly working. And owner so beautiful responsive and informative.
