"Very Good"

The house was a quaint mid-century modern place with a lovely backyard and pool, plenty of common spaces and a well-stocked kitchen. The management company was very responsive when we had an issue with the coffee maker.

Everything was a bit shabby, electrical outlets were loose, under the kitchen sink was moldy or at least smelled that way, one showerhead wouldn't stay up and all the closet doors seemed a little sticky (particle board that has absorbed too much moisture over time) Refrigerator was rather small considering how much the house was made for entertaining.

Cute house, great layout, very comfortable, nice 4 bedrooms

Construction noise in the neighborhood. New house being constructed across the street.
