Prime Residence Old Town

Gazdele au fost foarte de treaba si au raspuns foarte repede la mesaje. Apartamentul este confortabil si are toate facilitatile necesare, iar zona este una foarte buna.

The location was excellent, on the edge of Old town, away from the noise but close to bars and restaurants.It was spacious and clean. On first impressions, everything seemed fine and the host sent me recommendations for restaurants and said he was available to help, but then.........

..........things were not functional in the apartment. If you look through the reviews, some of the same problems are addressed again and again. The most important one was the bed. The slots holding the mattress in place had fallen out and I was unable to put them back in place, as the metal frame needed to be dismantled to put them back. My husband spent a bad night sleeping in a sunken hole, the next night he opted for the sofa, as it wasn't fixed by the owner during our stay, in spite of me messaging him. ( See photos) The shower was something of an endurance test. A water pressure adjustment is needed I assume. It runs between scalding hot and freezing every 10 seconds and the drain was blocked. The iron had a 3 pronged plug for 2 pronged European plug fittings. There was a washing machine, but nothing to hang your clothes on the dry. We improvised. The owner responded to my complaints 2 days after messaging him which was a full day after check out.

Perfect location, close to all attractions. Apartment was very clean and comfortable!

The location of this apartment is perfect, right in the centre of everything with a 5min walk to a large supermarket. Everything we needed was there and the hosts did an amazing job to accommodate us and gave us some recommendations from places with traditional romanian food! We cannot recommend this place enough it was amazing.
