spotlessly clean accommodation. Plenty of free parking on adjacent road. Bus stop round the corner making it easy and cheap to travel to the city centre without moving the car. Excellent communication by owner in advance of travel.

The location of the house was great. We enjoyed the ease of access to the local Asda and the bus stop, from which was a direct line to the town center and train station. The amenities were wonderful, with a clean kitchen, living space, bathroom, and bedrooms. With a TV and plenty of card games, there was hardly ever a boring evening back at the flat! Overall, this house was well worth the price and is a wonderful place to stay in Leeds.

There was a neighbour across the way that seemed to be a bit unfriendly towards guests. Be careful of where you park, as he may come outside and tell you that it is "his street" and that he "has cameras." He did not bother us beyond our arrival, but it did throw us off a bit to be spoken to like that.

Great property spacious bedrooms and everything you need for a weekend stay. Very good communication with host. Less than 5 minute walk to local Asda, nice and easy 20 minute stroll to elland road. Defiantly be using again when we visit Leeds again soon

Clean, well presented, very nicely done. Excellent location, bus stop literally 30 seconds round the corner, with buses into Leeds City Centre every 15 minutes, even on Sundays. Asda only 3 minutes walk away, nearby park, cafe and takeaway and beauty salons.

Nothing to not like, everything was spot on.
