Staff and room comfort

Just a one night stay for a family funeral. The room was comfortable and the staff helpful. Good breakfast.

No lift. I struggled a bit with the long flight of stairs.

All staff where excellent

Nothing to dislike

Drab and tired bedrooms, all a little dispiriting

The hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff were friendly. It was a great location and we were able to have a lovely weekend before Christmas. The room was spacious, and it had everything we needed for one night.

The hotel was a little noisy and the walls were a little thin but honestly that comes with the territory of stopping in a hotel so it didn't put much of a damper on our stay.

The staff were great on every occasion, lunch was good and they allowed our grandchildren to share a plate, breakfast was also good, the room was large and comfy.

The one single bed upstairs which we couldn’t use as the girls are too small to be in a separate room.
