The Marine Hotel

Right in the front and room had a fantastic sea view. Stayed in a suite that was massive. And old hotel with high ceilings so the overall experience is a light and airy room. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom had large corner bath with hand held shower. Breakfast was very good and waitress served Dinner was excellent. All staff are friendly and accommodating

Bear in mind it's an old hotel and no lift so 2 flights of stairs to the first set of rooms. I am ok with that but might be an issue for anyone who poor mobility

The lounge, where we had a drink and ate was cold . Most people had their coats on ! One member of our party had no heating in his room, & the breakfast room was very cold. Please can someone put some heating on ! Nobody asked if we had enjoyed our stay?

Loved the seafront location. Historic and attractive building. Friendly and warm staff. Very clean. Good food. Comfy beds. Great to have both shower and bath.

Disability aids such as handles around the bath. Reception bell was not immediately obvious.

Beautiful seaside location, good sized room with comfortable bed that I didn't want to get out of! Staff were welcoming and helpful, ordering me a taxi when I was leaving.

The room was a little noisy - I may have been above the bar and no lifts.

Staff were very friendly and polite. Room was comfortable, although shower head was broken, not a big issue. Breakfast was perfect for my needs.
