HUVery nice, well equiped and comfortable apartment, nice and quiet neighborhood, accessible public transport.
Some of the lights didn't work, and the drainage wasn't perfect in the showers, but we could live with these.
XKIt was terrible from the first day we arrived. We only had cold water, the heating wasn’t working (it felt warmer outside during winter), and there were no blankets provided. We tried contacting Queen Home via email, WhatsApp, and phone, but they only responded every 3-4 hours with short replies saying they would fix the issues (which they didn’t bother to address until the following day). Eventually, they stopped responding to our messages altogether. They promised us a 30% discount as compensation, but after 3-4 days of returning home, they started lying, claiming that we didn’t know how to turn the heating on or that we simply wanted better service. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here
PLCheck-in/checkout, all needed equipment for companies with children (big table, big room, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave).
Quite old furniture, pillows and mattresses have not very pleasant smelling. Towels look like already reached their limits.
